This flagship project sets the tone for a regional rollout, combining fresh, fast-casual functionality with the bold character that defines the Cilantros brand.

With a budget of $390,000 and a retail footprint tailored to operational performance, we transformed a raw space into a fully realized taco bar. From stylish, modern finishes to efficient kitchen flow, every component of the build was designed to support Cilantros’ mission: delivering fresh, made-to-order Mexican food in a setting that’s casual, clean, and fast-moving.
