Where It All Began
Before Kinetic Builders Corp became a recognized name in commercial construction, Aaron Knapp and Joe Ellis were building reputations in the field. Their paths crossed in 2017 while working for separate companies on a large-scale commercial project. It was clear from the start—they shared a drive for quality, an eye for detail, and a desire to lead projects with integrity. In 2021, that shared vision became reality. They co-founded Kinetic Builders Corp with the mission of creating a company where transparency, & exceptional craftsmanship are the standard—not the exception.

Founders Meet on the Jobsite
Aaron Knapp and Joe Ellis first cross paths while leading crews on a commercial site. Their shared values in leadership and quality lay the groundwork for future collaboration.

Aaron recruits Joe to join him at a growing GC firm. Together, they stabilize and expand the business, setting the stage for their next move.
Kinetic Builders Corp is Founded
In September, Kinetic Builders Corp is officially launched. Backed by decades of experience, the company sets out to deliver high-integrity commercial construction solutions.
First Full Year of Operations
The company doubles its project volume and earns repeat clients across multiple industries. Early partnerships with franchise brands begin to form.
Expansion Across the Region
Kinetic secures projects in six states: TX, OK, AR, KS, MO, and IA. The portfolio grows to include retail, medical, QSR, and specialty markets.
Over 200 Projects Completed
The team surpasses 150 successful builds and continues to grow its reputation as a go-to contractor for restaurant and retail development.
