Starting in the commercial drywall trade, his early hands-on experience rapidly propelled him into leadership roles. By his mid-20s, Aaron had already distinguished himself as a superintendent—known for his discipline, team-building skills, and results-driven mindset.

His collaborative leadership style and technical knowledge make him a respected figure across job sites and boardrooms alike. In 2021, Aaron co-founded Kinetic Builders Corp, driven by a passion to raise industry standards and deliver exceptional commercial construction experiences across the South and Midwest.
